Who can join the FEANTSA Youth network of young professionals?

Any organisation that is a member of FEANTSA (members and affiliates) without any additional cost
The representative should be between the ages of 18-35 years old with the consideration of lived experience of homelessness in the decision

What are the benefits of joining?

Participation in capacity-building opportunities: professional development and more chances of staff retention.
First-hand experience of the governance and running of a European network among young professionals.
Engagement in transnational cooperation for the young people working in service providers.

What is the governance structure?

The FEANTSA Youth Assembly is the main governance body, meeting once a year.
Every organisation member of FEANTSA Youth has one vote, through their young delegate.
The Assembly elects a Youth Board of 2 to 7 members who appoint a Chair.
The Chair sits at FEANTSA AC (but without the right to vote) and reports back to the Youth Board.
