General Assembly
The General Assembly gathers all FEANTSA members once per year to
- decide on the basic policy in conformity with article 3 of the Statutes
- approve the budget and accounts
- elect and dismiss members of the Administrative Council
- amend the Statutes
- exclude members
- dissolve the organisation
Administrative Council
The Administrative Council (AC) consists of one representative per country with a member. The AC meets three times per year and are elected to two-year terms.
The role of the AC is to:
- develop and implement the annual work programme and annual budget on the basis of decisions taken by the General Assembly
- develop and decide on the policy statements and policy papers of the association.
- decide on internal regulations to organise the work and administration of the Secretariat
- review and approve membership applications
- elect the Executive Committee, including the President, Vice-Presidents and Treasurer of FEANTSA

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee meets three times per year and consists of 5-7 elected members.
The role of the Executive Committee is to:
- monitor the implementation of the annual work program and budget
- provide supervision of staff management
- oversee the research of the European Observatory on Homelessness
- promote transnational exchanges
