With the winter action plan having come to an end in Belgium, Medecins du Monde (MdM) urge a change to the healthcare system that at present can only be accessed by people with a residential address. During the summer months, homeless people cannot have chronic conditions such as asthma and diabetes properly treated, and this lack of healthcare results in distress and discomfort.
