Our joint report is the culmination of two years of research which identifies the challenges frontline homeless and LGBTIQ services encounter when working with LGBTIQ youth at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. According to the Fundamental Rights Agency 1 in 5 LGBTI people in Europe report experiencing homelessness, rising to 1 in 3 trans people and nearly 40% of intersex people. The findings of our report provide valuable insights into how both the homeless and LGBTI sector can respond to the needs of LGBTI youth in preventing and reducing LGBTI homelessness.
