FEANTSA and the Polish National federation on Homelessness organized, together with the ESF Thematic Network on Inclusion (TNI), a network meeting and a European Conference in Poland on Promoting Rights-Based Work with Homeless People with support from the ESF. The meeting took place in Warsaw on 8th and 9th May 2018. The purpose of this two-day meeting was to look at homelessness from a right based approach, showcasing the good practices of the Homeless Bill of Rights and discussing social inclusion in the context of the European Social Fund. Participants used the opportunity to enhance transnational learning and cooperation together with Managing authorities, national representatives and national and European stakeholders. The two days meeting gathered participants from across the European Union to share their experience on the use of European funding, particularly from a Housing first approach, in view to inspire Polish organizations in their response to the Polish call for project on addressing homelessness. The full agenda for both days can be downloaded here. Presentations from the Conference can be downloaded here.
