The Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare has released a report on homelessness data in Sweden. The last report dates back from 2011, and it is clear that the profiles of homeless people in Sweden have changed during the last years. There are now more people in temporary long-term supported housing and Housing First programmes. Most homeless people are not born in Sweden. Though the majority of homeless people are men, the number of homeless women is on the rise.
