Radio France Internationale have released a documentary which reports a staggering increase of homelessness in France of 169% in the past 7 years. The program features an interview with FEANTSA Project Officer, Chloé Serme-Morin, who discusses the recently published Third Overview of Housing Exclusion in Europe, of which she is an author. The documentary also discusses the falling rates of homeless in Finland and Norway, which are proven to be linked to the countries’ commitment to Housing First policies, the Brusselsbased project Douche Flux and the homelessness situation in the UK.
