The Council of Europe has produced the first in a series of handbooks for local and regional authorities on integrating human rights protections into their policy. This volume of the handbook focuses primarily on preserving the rights of; migrants and refugees; Roma and Traveler communities; and LGBTI+ people. The handbook is dedicated to strategies for maintaining and protecting, amongst others, the right to housing amongst these communities proven to be disproportionally affected.
