Caritas Europa, have released their latest report on youth poverty entitled “Europe's Youth - Between Hope and Despair.” The report, among other factors including the instability of the job market, cites the difficulty in accessing affordable housing as one of the primary risks leading to youth poverty, and in extreme cases, youth homelessness.
