The Hague Audit Office has released an exhaustive report about the quality of homeless services organised or supported by the City Council. According to the Audit Office, the city offers too little services. Additionally, the services offered are not adapted to the complex needs of the homeless people. The report also reveals that The Hague has no reliable data about the number of homeless people and the services offered to them by social service provides. The report concludes that the social services are not adapted to specific individual needs and are not focused on permanent housing solutions for homeless people in The Hague.
