A study by Dr. Paula Mayock and Sarah Parker of Trinity College Dublin titled “Living in Limbo - Homeless Young People’s Paths to Housing” finds that only 24% of homeless people aged 18-24 interviewed were in housing after two years, with the remainder remaining in homelessness or insecure accommodation. In response to the report, Mike Allen of Focus Ireland pointed to the targeted solutions to youth homelessness that need to be put in place. Read more on the story here.
