FEANTSA and Mental Health Europe Workshop:
Barriers preventing access to health services for people with mental health problems
This workshop aimed to examine the barriers faced by people with mental health problems to accesssing the care that they need. It particularly focussed on issues of stigma, discrimination and harassment; the situation of people who are homeless; the need and scope for action at EU level and the particular challenges facing the new member states in this area.
