To receive the newsletter

To sign up to receive the newsletter, simply send an e-mail request to stefania.delzotto@feantsa.org mentioning your full contact details, including your profession, area of specialisation and living place.

To contribute to the newsletter

The aim of the newsletter is information sharing among professionals working or involved in the area of health and homelessness, in particular in Europe. The main sections of the newsletter relate to sharing experience, information on useful resources and events relating to homelessness and health.

If you would like to send us a voluntary contribution, please read the following guidelines:

  • Sharing of experience: in this section, health professionals working with people who are homeless share their daily experience or good practice they are aware of with other readers. Articles should be factual and describe in detail a specific practice, which may be innovative and of interest for other professionals active in your area. Articles should be in English and their length between 500 and 1500 words. A limited number of articles in other languages may be included in the Newsletter in order to overcome the language barrier and facilitate the exchange of information (Danish, Dutch, French, German Italian or Spanish). They should be accompanied by a paragraph summing up their content in English.
  • If you are aware of any recent research or publication related to health and homelessness, please send us a short summary and the relevant details (author, title, language, place and date of publication, publisher’s contact details), we will be pleased to include them in the newsletter.
  • Events: if you are aware of or organising a conference or seminar devoted to health and homelessness in your country, please do not hesitate to share with us the details of the event (including the place, date, name of organisers, fee, deadline for registration and contact details for futher information).

An editorial committee will review all articles received. It might decide to postpone the publication of some articles, depending on the number of contributions received.

Next deadline for receipt of articles: 15 March 2010.

Should you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
