	Final DETERMINE conference and key outcomes [3/31/2010]
	The final DETERMINE conference was held on 25 March in Brussels. The three-year project on health inequalities, which was coordinated by EuroHealthNet and established an EU Consortium for Action on the Socio-economic Determinants of Health (SDH) involved over 50 health bodies, public health and health promotion institutes, governments and various other organisations from 26 European countries. The initiative has lead to a number of outcomes, which can be found on the DETERMINE website.
