Research on the health of homeless people in different Member States

FEANTSA placed the health of people experiencing homelessness at the core of its work in 2006 by choosing health and homelessness as its annual theme for that year. One major output has been the European report produced on the basis of contributions from FEANTSA member organisations in the form of national reports (full list of national reports available  here). These national reports were based on a survey carried out in each Member State and provided valuable information on the problems faced by homeless people in the field of health.

One of the aims of the report was to gather reliable data on the health situation of homeless people. To this end, the members of FEANTSA were asked to identify interesting research on health and homelessness in their country, coming from various sources. Based on the national reports, this page contains information and/or links to research undertaken on the health of homeless people by academic or other bodies (eg: Government reports, NGO reports, scientific reports, etc.) in different Member States.
